Making Essences

The Amazonian Flower Essences available on the website (besides Custom Blends) are to be diluted before taking. They are stock essences for making Custom Blends. These can be made by combining a few different essences or a premade blend.

To dilute: Use a clean dropper bottle, 25% brandy, 75% distilled water, and add 3-4 drops for 1oz and 6-8 drops for a 2 oz bottle. 

These can be taken in water or directly under the tongue, 4-6 drops 3 times a day or as recommended. If not using a preservative (Brandy or Alcohol) be sure to store in the refrigerator.
